Mixing & Blending

Mixing & Blending facilities from 100gms to 2 tonne capacities.High Shear and ribbon mixers both Stainless and Mild Steel construction.

Materials accepted in big bag, tote bin and sack form.

Packing into big bags, 25kg paper or polypropylene sacks, 10kg bags or less, boxes, drums or barrels. Loading into bulk road tankers

Trial blending work undertaken in addition to toll contract work

Sieving

Sieving and screening work undertaken for a wide variety of products.

Crushing & Grinding

Crushing and Grinding work undertaken from small batch or pilot plant trials to production runs. can be accompanied with screening, grading and packing if required

Packing and Bagging

All types Re-packing work carried out.

Materials can be supplied in any form from big bags down to 100gm satchets, for re-packing into any type of container or bags or into bulk road tankers.

All packaging materials can also be supplied incuding UN approved and all necessary labeling.

Products can be loaded/offloaded from or into containers for export. We can also undertake loading of customer own material into bulk road tankers

Storage and Warehousing facilities also supplied.

Packing of small objects, such as screws, nuts and bolts, electrical connectors etc into customers own labeled packaging also carried out.
