PROCESSING & SERVICES

As well as sourcing and supplying our diverse product list to a global customer base, Industrial Mineral Services has the facilities and experience to undertake a vast array of different and complex mineral and chemical processing operations on behalf of our customers.

MIXING & BLENDING

At our site in Madeley, Nr. Crewe, we have the capability to undertake mixing and blending work on a wide range of different materials from two component blends to highly complex multi product blends. With the ability to undertake blends from 100gm to 2,000kgs.

High Shear and ribbon mixers, both Stainless and Mild Steel construction are available.

Materials can be accepted in big bags, tote bin, sack and drums.

Packing into big bags, 25kg paper or polypropylene sacks, packing to suit customers demands, boxes, drums or barrels.

Loading into bulk road tankers, export containers, refrigerated units.

Despite high production levels, we will always endeavour to undertake any trial work you may require in addition to our regular toll work.

PACKING AND BAGGING

All types of re-packing work can be carried out.

We can receive your material in any form from 1T big bags, down to 100gm samples.

With facilities to rework products into any sized packaging.

All packaging materials can also be supplied incuding UN approved. These can take the form of Bulk Bags, 25kg paper/polypropylene sacks, 10kg bags or less, boxes, drums, barrels and bulk tankers.

Customer specific labelling and paperwork, with all relevant H&S requirements strictly adhered too.

Packaging can be purchased direct from our sister company Sackmaster Packaging Ltd.

CRUSHING AND SIEVING

In addition to our Mixing and Blending facilities, we also have the capability to carry out a wide variety of crushing and grinding work. We have dealt with requirements from small batch, and pilot plant trials right through to full production runs.

Screening, sieving and grading facilities are available if required.

A key advantage of this service, is our ability to combine it with our packing facility, which enables us to take complete ownership of bringing your product to market.

HAULAGE, SHIPPING & STORAGE

A variety of shipping options are available for your materials.

We can offer goods from ex-works, through to delivering direct to your customers, under your own brand/name. Total confideniality is guaranteed.

Loading/Unloading can be undertaken for 20ft and 40ft export containers.

We can also facilitate loading into bulk road tankers.

Stock can be held on a consignment basis (subject to conditions) and we can also offer warehousing for your stock, to be called off by yourselves over an agreed period of time.
